Around 15h15, a police officer from the Surete du Quebec (SQ) intercepted the driver driving on Highway 610 near the viaduct Duplessis.
The Sherbrooke was captured more than 175 km / h while traveling westbound, reports Aurelie Guindon, spokesman for the SQ in Estrie.
