Phoenix gets many choices in exchange for Jeremy Roy

-jeremy-royThe Star Phoenix defender Jeremy Roy will head Blainville-Boisbriand and will join the Armada. In return, Sherbrooke finds his first-round pick in 2017 sold in the transaction involving the player 20 years Nathanael Halbert and another first round pick and a second-round selection.

Recall that the CEO Jocelyn Thibault had also obtained a 7th round pick in 2016 while sending Blainville-Boisbriand veteran defender Alexis Vanier. The latter immediately headed to Charlottetown against a fifth-round pick by the Islanders offered little before the closing of the trading period.

The 2nd round pick of the San Jose Sharks in June 2015 will have played six playoff games with the Phoenix, in which he had a goal and four assists last year against the Charlottetown Islanders.

The Sherbrooke organization did not deny the news, but refused to comment for now.
