An octogenarian died after being involved in an accident on Highway 112 on Monday in Westbury.
Shortly before 16 pm, the vehicle in which she was traveling as a passenger was involved in a frontal collision. Two people were seated in the vehicle coming toward Sherbrooke. The driver of the vehicle suffered significant injuries, but authorities did not fear for his life.
The driver coming from the opposite direction was there alone. He also suffered significant injuries, but it is not life threatening.
