(Quebec) Pedro Antonio Ovalle Leon, charged with driving while impaired by alcohol, causing the death of two young Beauce in August, faces a host of new charges.
The 31 year old man is appearing this Thursday at the courthouse of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce. The prosecutor in the record, Me Audrey Roy-Cloutier, waiting for the complete investigation report before filing new charges.
Ovalle sees Leon has to add to his record 14 four charges of dangerous driving, criminal negligence four and as many driving with a blood alcohol level exceeding 08. In addition, he is charged with possession of methamphetamine and taking vehicle without consent of the company Transvol, his employer.
