Placards were installed by the Alliance of family child caregivers Estrie (ADIM – Estrie) to denounce the modulation rates custody Friday.
The ADIM took part in the action organized by the Federation of intervening early childhood Quebec (FIPEQ-CSQ) in this day of “April Fool.”
“Modulation of care expenses, it just does not pass in the Eastern Townships (…) We multiply public actions to make him understand that he must retreat,” explains Marlène Carbonneau, president of Adim -Estrie. According to the Adim, a significant number of parents are abandoning public child care in a family setting or CPE for private day care.
In Sherbrooke, the posters were placed on King Street West (near Costco) and on King Street near the Canadian Tire.
