Yves Martin, the alleged head of the road impact that took the life of a family of three last Saturday in Saguenay, now faces more serious criminal charges.

Yves Martin is a recidivist drunk driving. According to the investigation, he was drunk at the wheel of his truck when it struck the vehicle carrying the three victims from Saint-David-de-Falardeau, Lac-Saint-Jean Mathieu Perron, 27, his wife 26 years Vanessa Viger, who was pregnant, and their son Patrick, 4 years.
