Gastronomic harmonies in Bordeaux Wine Festival in Quebec

The restaurant space, designed by the restaurant 47th Parallel, will be located at Espace 400 e. Twenty-four leaders from the Quebec City region will present a dish in accordance with the Bordeaux wine products.

Interested parties will have several chances to take part in the experiment: 11 meals – lunches and dinners alike – will be served. Of these, three gastronomic evenings, produced in collaboration by star chef Christophe Girardot Bordeaux La Guérinière and chief owner of the 47 th parallel, Joseph Sarrazin.

The other eight thematic meals will be cooked by a different team of three chefs. They will highlight products of the Old Port Market. The meal of Saturday evening, for example, was developed by Louis Pacquelin of Panache, Arnaud Marchand Chez Julien Boulay and Carbonelli Heaven !.

The passport Bordeaux Wine Festival ($ 37.50) is required to participate in the Pavilion. The guests will have to pay $ 74.95 (plus tax and service) in addition to the gastronomic experience, and $ 44.95 for a themed meal.
