Hells Angels-school clubs are back

enqueteurs-escouade-regionale-mixte-meneWe thought the missing, but they are well and truly back. For the first time in 15 years, the club-school word was used to describe a motorcycle club, the Devils Ghosts referred yesterday by an operation of the Sûreté du Québec.

While nine members in good standing of the Hells Angels were leaving Bordeaux all smiles after finishing their sentences of superprocès SharQc, investigators from the Joint Regional Squad (ERM) led a dozen raids in Saint-Amable Sainte-Julie and Saint -Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville, on the south shore of Montreal, looking for weapons belonging to Devils Ghosts.

These, founded in 2012 by the influential Hells Angel Salvatore Cazzetta and former member Stéphane Trudel, are now compared by our sources to former clubs of the 90 schools such as the Evil Ones, Rockers and others who gravitated around Hells Angels who are missing after the Spring 2001 operation.

Several motorcycle gangs have emerged in recent years, but the police has always refused to call them clubs schools, preferring the term supporters clubs.

But the Devils Ghosts, whose beginnings were rather discreet as a result of their appearance in the summer of 2012, are now considered a club-school, most visible in the entourage of the Hells Angels and the most active, supplanting even the Red Devils in the hierarchy of criminal bikers in the province.

“It is believed that this is the most powerful farm team in Quebec. They are very involved in drugs and arms trafficking. These are probably the ones who bring in the most money to the Hells Angels, “we did it is said.

Growing

The Devils Ghosts have at least forty members and are present in several regions of Quebec. They have four sections in Montreal, in the north of Montreal (where they have a local), Saguenay and Sherbrooke. In the capital of the Eastern Townships, they would be present for little, since, in fact, we made room for them at a party organized during the summer.

Besides Cazzetta and Trudel, who would have even left their mark on the club logo, the Devils would Ghosts sponsored Sergio Piccirilli, a childhood friend of Cazzetta with ties to bikers, the Mafia and organized crime native.

Asked about yesterday’s operation, the Sûreté du Québec, responsible for the fight against bikers, refused to say more about a change of status Devils Ghosts. However, his spokesman was keen to send a message to all criminal bikers, not just the Hells Angels.

“The fight against organized crime in all its forms remains a priority for the Sûreté du Québec. As such, if persons, grouped under the banner of an organization or otherwise, commit criminal offenses, the Sûreté du Québec will intervene in accordance with its mandate, “said Lt. Guy Lapointe.

Repeated keystrokes

Yesterday, the ERM investigators conducted a dozen search and seizure, and arrested four people, including a 28-year-old Sergeant alleged Devils Ghosts. “The investigation began in May. Investigators seized including two handguns, a quantity of cannabis and cocaine and five jackets Devils Ghosts “said the Sergeant Ann Mathieu of the SQ.

It was the third time in seven months that farm team was targeted by an operation.

There is a month the ERM investigators seized several weapons and arrested four individuals, two of whom, Michael Jr and Sergio Nesparoli Petardi, would be linked to Devils Ghosts. The brother and the father of Sergio Nesparoli, Gino and Sergio, were also arrested and charged in the case. The Nesparoli owned the bar Nite Lite, where two influential members of organized crime Irish Jamie Laramée and his brother Cody, were killed in the summer of 2013. In addition to weapons, detectives found a list of individuals and their personal addresses in one of the residences in which the searches were conducted. The police also believed that the suspects are linked to shots fired in the air rue de Castille, in Montreal North on the morning of

22 July.

Finally, on March 12, investigators narcotics in the western region of Montreal police raided the local Devils Ghosts from Montreal to Pointe-Claire and arrested six individuals. The suspects, including one near Cazzetta David Castelli, are charged with possession of weapons and drug trafficking.
