Oil still ends at the lowest since 2009

1102851Oil prices have again finished at their lowest level since 2009 on Thursday in New York after a slight decline, unable to bounce back in a pessimistic environment on excess supply and doubts about demand.

The price of a barrel of “light sweet crude” (WTI) for delivery in January has sold 40 cents to 36.76 dollars on the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex), ending the fourth session following a lower.
