The Investigation Service on crime against the State of SQ conducts 15 searches and encounters several suspects not only in the Eastern Townships, but also in Montreal Quebec.
A search took place Wednesday morning in an enterprise IT solution boulevard Bourque Sherbrooke.
“This is a scheme to illegally cut taxes for investors, by selling franchises with computer products. The survey was conducted in collaboration with Revenu Québec and the AMF. These are more than 1,100 franchises that were sold by the alleged fraudsters. Over 150 SQ officers and 70 investigators from Revenue Quebec. Twelve search warrants were issued in this case.
