The Blue Jays cling and prevail 11-8

josh-donaldson-celebre-circuit-deuxTroy Tulowitzki hit a three-run homer and the Toronto Blue Jays prevailed 11-8 facing Kansas City on Monday, reducing the Royals ahead 2-1 in the American championship series.

The shortstop knocked the ball beyond the center field in the third, while Toronto placed in command 6-2.

Tulowitzki was greeted at home plate by Edwin Encarnacion and Chris Colabello, who had obtained a simple, one walk, respectively.

It was the second circuit “Tulo” during the playoffs after a long ball two points in the third game against Texas.

After the three-point circuit, Russell Martin drew a base on balls before scoring on a double by Kevin Pillar. This ended the evening Johnny Cueto, who allowed seven runs, six hits and four walks in two innings.

Kris Medlen got two outs, but then Josh Donaldson hit a two-run homer.

Ryan Goins provided a solo homer for the Blue Jays, who will have the chance to create the deadlock in the series Tuesday night at Rogers Centre. The starting pitchers will be Chris Young and RA Dickey.

Marcus Stroman gave four runs and 11 hits in six innings, featuring a batter at bat. He allowed a walk and made a bad start, the latter blunder costing a point.

Jose Bautista celebrated his 35th birthday with a victory of his own and a simple expedient, thus producing the 11th point of the Blue Jays.

In the crowd of 49,751 people were especially Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, Raptors.

The Royals have their skin dearly sold with four runs in the ninth, including two on a Kendrys Morales circuit.

The Jays led 9-2 after three innings, but the beginning of the match was difficult for men to John Gibbons.

Alcides Escobar earned a triple as the first batter of the game. His shot to right field could not be captured by Bautista, who dived in vain, and Ben Zobrist was quick to give the Royals ahead with a wheelchair at second base.

The Jays are however grouped into second. Tulowitzki singled and Martin was achieved. An optional Pillar placed runners at the ends, and Goins delivered the goods with a two-run single in the opposite field. A beautiful Pillar slip has earned it but just.

Goins, who had spun to second base on the relay, then came mark on the simple Donaldson, doubling priority Jays.

The Royals reduces Toronto 3-2 in advance to beginning of the third, with an optional Eric Hosmer. Zobrist crossed the plate, he who had just missed a circuit to settle for a double to center field, a few minutes earlier.

The Blue Jays, however, spun to victory after a third round of six points.
