The court of appeal of the Kharkiv oblast on Tuesday, August 28, replaced real term with the conditional for Tigran Yengibaryan, which Toyota SSU to death brought down 17-year-old boy in a crosswalk. About it reports a press-service of the judiciary.
Thus, the court satisfied the appeal of the lawyers and the accused, submitted to the verdict of the Moscow district court of Kharkiv on April 23, 2018. According to the verdict, Tigran Yengibaryan was found guilty under part 2 of article 286 (“Violation of safety rules of the road”), part 1 of article 135 (“Leaving in danger”) criminal code of Ukraine, and he was sentenced 3 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to operate vehicles for 3 years.
According to the decision of the court of Appeal, Yengibaryan exempt from punishment. The court set a trial period of 3 years and not allow the sentence to part of the punishment if during the probation period the convicted person does not commit a new crime and will execute the duties assigned to it.
Duties include: during the probationary period periodically to report for registration to the authorized body on the questions of the probation officer; to report to the authorized body on the questions of the probation officer to change the place of residence or study; not to travel outside Ukraine without the consent of the competent authority on questions of probation.
