The social networks Facebook and Instagram have stopped working for many users around the world this Wednesday in the late afternoon (Paris time).
A bug world in which it is not yet known the cause. The majority of the difficulties were concentrated on the north-west of Europe, and particularly France, but also in the United States. Worse, the tab that allows to see in real time the difficulties of access to Facebook, was itself not accessible.
According to estimates from the website Down Detector, approximately 40 % of the users of Facebook no longer have access to the platform. On Instagram, some users are not able to see their thread.

On Twitter, the hashtag “#Facebookdown ” shows that users of all nationalities are affected. The situation seemed to gradually return to normal in a little after 19 hours on Wednesday.
