The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that during his upcoming speech at the UN General Assembly meeting, will talk about his vision of the United Nations. About this Poroshenko said during the discussion club at the Lyceum “Science shift”, reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“I, as President of Ukraine exactly three weeks going to a meeting of the UN General Assembly, and will present in his speech, Ukraine, analysis of current situation, development strategy and vision of change role, function and place of the UN,” – said Poroshenko.
Earlier, permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko reported that Poroshenko will speak at a meeting of the UN General Assembly on September 26. Yelchenko speculated that during his speech, Poroshenko will address the topic of the Holodomor in Ukraine of 1932-1933.
