These losses replaces Belarus exports to other countries.
Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich praised his country’s loss of trade with Russia in 739 million dollars. He told reporters.
“For the first 11 months of this year is some growth of our economy. But the government is concerned about the situation in the Russian economy. In the Russian direction we have lost 739 million dollars,” – he said.
According to Myasnikovich, Belarus replaces these losses exports to other countries.
“The Government will continue to engage in diversification of exports,” – said the prime minister.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador Alexander Surikov in Minsk estimated loss in mutual trade of 1.7 billion dollars to the level of 2013 to 38,7-39 billion.
The decrease in trade turnover has affected several objective and subjective factors, including falling oil prices, lower demand in market.
According Belstatu GDP in January-November increased by 1.7% compared to the same period last year.
The growth of industrial production in 11 months was 2.2%, agricultural production increased by 2.3%.
The Belarusian government in the forecast of socio-economic development for 2015 take into account the economic situation in Russia, the main trade and economic partner, the world market, laying GDP growth within 0.2-0.7% decline in exports by 3.6%.
Trade deficit in goods and services will be 3,3-3,5%.
