Canadian ships involved in extensive seizure of cocaine

The US Coast Guard reports that crews of Canadian ships have been involved in an operation to neutralize cocaine traffickers in international waters off the coasts of Central and South America.
The operation lasted 26 days and allowed the seizure of 16 tons of cocaine worth approximately US $ 420 million on the black market. The officers allegedly targeted 17 ships.
The US Coast Guard needs to take stock at a press conference on Tuesday at 10:00 am in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
