Committee on rules of procedure is silent when you take article 49 of the Constitution about free health care, but is outraged when “not” show the Deputy. So the initiative to ban filming in Parliament commented political expert Volodymyr Katsman.
He expressed surprise at the position of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on freedom of speech, which was supposed to uphold the principles of transparency.
“Always appeal to the Constitution, always blame the Constitution. When a selected article 49 KU about free health care, why is the regulation Committee is silent, and when all of a sudden not show the MP it is a violation of constitutional rights. Journalists need to talk about it, lawmakers must show the back, front and in profile, always have to show”, says Katsman.
We will remind, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on rules to require representatives of the media to ask permission from the deputies to the shooting in the Parliament or to withdraw made videos.
Earlier, the procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada recommended to close the corridors of Parliament for journalists, photographers and operators, providing them only the press center on the third floor.
