Any military action of the Ukrainian land will be a flagrant violation of international law – prevent foreign ministers of the European Union.
At the Brussels meeting they discussed the Ukrainian-Russian conflict, and issued a final document of the 13 points. It urges Russia to immediately stop provocations on the border and cut off the flow of weapons and fighters for Ukraine. Diplomats stress that any humanitarian aid to Moscow should provide within international law and with the consent of Ukrainian authorities.
“We call on Russia to cooperate with the international community in the completion of this crisis, to guarantee the territorial integrity of Ukraine and Ukrainian security people in his own country” – said Catherine Ashton.
