Of the party “For life” and “Opposition bloc” signed an agreement about unification of the opposition and urged other political forces to join the joint “Opposition platform For life”. The broadcast of the signing of the agreement led the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

As stated on the website “Ukrainian choice” head of the political Council of the party “For freedom” Viktor Medvedchuk, the opposition democratic forces against the criminal and corrupt bunch of corrupt adventurers in power, against war and poverty, human dignity, restricting human rights, freedom and democracy in Ukraine, United in the “platform of the Opposition For life”.

“We have reached an agreement to determine in November 2018 single candidate from the “Opposition platform For life” in the presidential election in 2019.

We have reached an agreement on joint participation of representatives of “Opposition platform For life” in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and local elections at all levels”, ‒ said Medvedchuk.

“Today is a historic day for Ukraine, because, in my opinion, created a platform for opposition forces which must unite to stop the Orgy of power. There are 3 points on which we invite everyone. First, the establishment of peace in the country. Second, end the economic genocide of the Ukrainian people. Third, the creation of an independent neutral country of Switzerland and Eastern Europe. These three points on the platform, we invite all. I’m sure you will see dozens of parties, movements, included in this platform because this is the only today is true and correct. I think that we will win”, – said the leader of the party “For life” Vadim Rabinovich.

Co-chair of the Opposition bloc Yuriy Boyko said that the opposition platform called on other political forces to unite.

“Today is a very bad news for the current government because the current government attempt to stay afloat did so that we in the country become enemies. Quarreled with everyone in the country, with all the neighbors, and doing everything possible to stop the movement. But today we’re inviting all opposition forces to our Association in order to restore the country’s peace, stability, order, to stop the war and make the lives of our citizens happy. This is our decision. We believe that doing the right thing,” he said.

He also said that the platform is considering the possibility of nominating a single candidate for the elections.

“We really are doing the platform, in order to invite all the forces that want the good of our country, in parliamentary elections. We will have a single candidate for the presidential election, but it is still a matter of argument, it will be in the future. But what it will be – it’s true,” said Boyko.

MP from the faction “Opposition bloc” Yuriy Miroshnichenko on the sidelines of the VR stated that it is considering merging his political party with the “Opposition platform For life”.

“I lead a “Party of development”, we will consider this question on its governing body. There is every reason to say that “the Party of development of the country” will join this platform,” he said.

A member of the party “For life” Nestor Shufrych of the gully BP said, when oppositional forces plan to nominate a single candidate.

“There needs to be Congress, because only Congress can nominate a presidential candidate from the political party. According to the requirement of the law that must occur if I am not mistaken, starting from December 30. Today, two are stronger than one. People were literally waiting for us to unification of opposition forces”, – he said.

As previously reported, the leader of the “For life” Vadim Rabinovich has initiated talks “all political forces, defending the interests of the centre and the South-East of Ukraine”, to unite on the eve of elections “contrary to the ambitions.” Later, the MP from the Opposition bloc Sergiy Lyovochkin has also supported this initiative.
