August 13, the U.S. government filed a motion in Federal court in Washington (D.C.), according to which you want to agree on the broad contours of a settlement” of the case Lazarenko, the report said.
“The parties are currently developing a settlement agreement that after signing should lead to a conclusion in this matter”, – the document says.
It is also reported that a Federal judge asked the U.S. to indefinitely postpone all current deadlines in the case, as the parties would like to focus my attention on the development of the transaction.
Earlier, Yuri Lutsenko said that the United States in the event of a court decision on the confiscation of Lazarenko most of them return to Ukraine.
