For the illegal visit to the temporarily occupied territories 740 foreigners denied entry to Ukraine. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of internal Affairs with reference to the State border service of Ukraine.
“Violation of the procedure of entry in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Donetsk and Lugansk regions through the closed by the Ukrainian government checkpoints, depending on the circumstances, requires criminal (article 332-1 of the criminal code) and administrative (article 204-1 and 204-2 article of the Cao) liability,” – noted in the SBS.
The Ministry said that these territories are an integral part of Ukraine, which are subject to the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.
The Ministry also informed that under article article 204-2 of the Cao (violation of the order of entry in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and departure from it) since the beginning of year the staff of state frontier service were drawn up to 600 people.
Earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matvienko instructed the Chairman of the temporary Commission of the Federation Council’s information policy and interaction with mass media Alexei Pushkov to develop a response to the Kiev ban of entry into Ukraine Russian journalists.
