The agreement on free trade zone between Ukraine and Israel could be signed in late November. This was discussed during a meeting of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Israel Joel lion, reports “governmental portal”.
“We are a little over a year intensified the work on preparation and signing of the free trade Agreement. And I’m glad that at the end of November the agreement will be signed. It will open new opportunities for trade between our countries,” – said Vladimir Groisman.
In turn, Joel Lyon said that in the 20 days of November in Kyiv will host Ukrainian-Israeli innovation summit, which will bring together dozens of businesses and entrepreneurs working in the field of innovation.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine and Israel held a technical initialling of the FTA. Negotiations on the agreement were completed on March 28. First Deputy Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv reported that the Agreement on FTA between Ukraine and Israel is ready to sign until the end of 2018.
