Ukraine’s first store is one of the largest international retailers H&M will take unwanted clothes for recycling. This was the General Director of the company in Ukraine Dominique Pentacene, reports The Village.
The store will deliver a special box, where you can leave your old stuff. For each client H&M is to 40 UAH for a gift card. The money can be spent on purchases in the store, from 300 UAH, is spoken in the message.
Things in good condition will be sold as second hand, the rest is used as secondary raw materials for other products or recycled into textile fibers. This initiative is valid in all stores of the brand in 2018. During this time H&M has collected nearly 18 tons of textiles.
Recall, 16 August the Swedish clothing manufacturer H&M held a closed presentation of its first store in Ukraine.
