Activists rallied today under the building of the National Agency for prevention of corruption with the requirement to pay attention to the criminal activities of the head of FFU (and part of the people’s Deputy from BPP) Andrew Pavelko.

“We know that this Pavelko took a comfortable position on two chairs, but why Ukrainian young people have to suffer? New stadiums no one builds, and the money that is supposedly allocated for the repair and care stadiums in the Soviet times, somebody puts it in his pocket. Isn’t that what should worry the Agency for combating corruption?” – says the participant of the meeting Irina. In her hands a poster with the text “NACP, return to Ukrainian football Surkis!”

Also in action were noticed posters “Pavelko, bring our children to the stadiums!”, “NACP, do some sports!”, “NACP, enough to go on the resorts for public money!”, and “Pavelko in jail!” All calls written by hand, and some “decorated” with a picture of the most odious MP.

The organizers claim that the work Pavelko at the head of the Football Federation of a conflict of interest as he is also Chairman of the budget Committee in the Parliament. The protesters believe that the NACP has all the relevant documents and proof of corruption offenses Andrew Pavelko. However, the “fighters against corruption” do not send the case to the court.

We will remind, in June of 2018 National anti-corruption Bureau (NAB) has started investigation in the case of the President of the football Federation of Ukraine Andriy Pavelko and several civil servants at the article on the Declaration of false information, illegal enrichment and abuse of power or official position. The investigation was launched after the appeal of public organizations and media publications.
