August 1 in the Nikolaev found a body of a famous scientist and researcher of the Holodomor Nicholas Shytyka. About it report “news-N” with reference to a source in the Prosecutor’s office.
According to the publication, in the apartment of multi storey house of Nikolaev at the intersection of Central Avenue and 3rd Slobodskoy was discovered by a man with signs of violent death. Body with stab wounds found in the apartment on the ground floor – residential premises rented out by the hour.
According to media reports, the man rented an apartment for three hours. Then the landlady started to call the tenant, but his phone did not answer.
“When she arrived at the apartment, they found a man with a knife in his back with no signs of life”, – stated in the message.
As stated in the police, on a scene worked it is investigatory-operative group, experts and dog handlers. After carrying out all investigative actions, the dead body was sent for forensic examination.
