Malinovsky district court of Odessa sentenced the so-called “Afghans” who were preparing an attempt on the people’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko. About it reports the edition “Duma”.
As reported, ex-the Deputy of the city Council, the head of regional Committee of veterans of Afghanistan and “Orthodox Cossack” Alexander Lutsenko was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months imprisonment. His accomplice Victor Zhukovsky received less than 5 years and 2 months, Igor Yanukovich – 5 years and 1 month.
As a result of recalculation of time spent in jail, in accordance with the “law Savchenko”, the court said that all three had already served for 4 years, 10 months and 17 days of punishment.
Before the sentence in force, they remain free on personal recognizance.
Recall that a group of hackers who were planning several attacks and assassinations, was detained in Odessa on 10 April 2015. Later it became known that one of the goals of the terrorists was the people’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko.
