Hollywood actress Jennifer aniston has suggested that together with his colleagues on the series “Friends” she could play in the restart of the popular TV show “the Golden girls”. About it the actress said in an interview with InStyle magazine.
“We’ll just wait a while, and then Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, and I could restart the “Golden girls” and spend the last years together on the furniture,” suggested aniston, responding to a question about whether to return to “Friends”.
The plot of the Comedy series “the Golden girls” (1985-1992) were four older women who lived together in a house in Miami. The show survived seven seasons and has collected a number of prestigious awards.
When aniston was asked about whether to return to “Friends”, she replied, “I was imagining it. It was really the best job in my life. I don’t know what the show was like in our days, but who knows. Today so many serials are experiencing successful restarts. I know that Matt LeBlanc (Joey from “Friends” – ed.) doesn’t even want to hear this question. But can we still talk about it.”
However, the creators of “Friends” David crane and Marta Kauffman has previously stated that the continuation of the series will not. “This story is told about the period in life when your friends are your family. But at some point everyone has own family. Your life has no time for friends,” said Kauffman.
As previously reported, at the end of the year to be released Netflix series “First lady,” in which aniston will play the first woman President of the United States.
