A Ukrainian prisoner from the Crimea Alexander Kostenko was released from Russian penal colony №5 in the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kirov region, reports “Gromadske” with reference to the member of the Public observant Commission of the Kirov region Denis Shadrin, who met Alexander.

“There was Alexander in 10:54. Met the members of the Supervisory Committee Arthur Abashev and I,” said Shadrin.

According to him, the next Kostenko via Moscow will go to Kiev.

Advisor to the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for human rights Yelena Myachina said that the Consul of Ukraine has reported information on Kostenko, although authoritative deal with this issue.

“We collect this information. Earlier it was said that it can free 3 or 5 numbers. We will later give a full information,” said Myachina, and added that while he could not comment on the details of how Ukraine will continue to pursue the question of Kostenko and what it must provide.

Recall, April 14, Kirovo-Chepetskiy district court of the Kirov region of Russia took a decision to refuse parole (PAROLE) Crimean political prisoner Alexander Kostenko.

“For these crimes the offender was sentenced to 4 years and 2 months of imprisonment with serving in a corrective colony of General regime”, – said Poklonski.

Kostenko did not admit his guilt.
