Looking for new OSCE observers to monitor the Donbas

The last two days of the OSCE mission in Ukraine has reallocated 59 professionals with experience in monitoring the cease-fire situations for effective implementation “of the Minsk agreement” in connection with the new monitoring requirements in southwestern Ukraine. This was stated by Chairman of the OSCE, Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter Switzerland, reports “Ukrainian Truth”.
He said the mission is to look for other observers.
Burkhalter also urged member countries in the near future to expand the mission of proposing candidates with relevant experience.
He informed that the mission has established a mechanism for mediation between the parties to the message of cease-fire violations and other incidents. The mechanism will be clarified soon.
Also head of the OSCE participating States offered to participate in the financing of spetsmisiyi in Ukraine.
