The ex-people’s Deputy Mykola Martynenko handed summons for interrogation as a witness in the framework of the international legal order the law enforcement agencies of the Czech Republic. This was reported on the page of NABOO in Facebook.
“Other information on the investigation by the competent authorities of the Czech Republic criminal proceedings is confidential and shall not be disclosed” – said in the message.
However, the NEB noted that outraged by the behavior of the former MP.
“Emphasize the National Bureau detectives served a subpoena properly in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine”, – is told in the message.
According to “Interfax-Ukraine”, the agenda was presented by Martynenko before the meeting in the Shevchenko district court of Kiev.
After the detective NABS Martynenko filed a summons, he threw it on the floor. Ex-MP and his attorney considered the actions of the detective illegal and inappropriate procedure.
As reported, on April 22 Solomensky regional court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint Martynenko in the form of personal guarantees. He stood up the 18 politicians.
Former MP ordered to report change of residence, be on the call for investigation and to refrain from communicating with a number of individuals appearing in the materials suspicions, and surrender of the passport for travel abroad. The latter obligation was canceled on December 6.
