NACP sent to court, 36 protocols on administrative offenses in connection with the concealment of significant changes in financial status. About it reports a press-service of the Agency.
As reported, member of the Board “uz” Alexander Yakovlevich Bujor was not informed about the changes of property status. In particular, he concealed the receipt of advances and the second half of the wages. As a result, the amount of accumulated funds greatly exceeded the established thresholds and amounted of 101.7 thousand to 337,8 thousand hryvnias. In this notification he never filed.
As a reminder, according to the current Ukrainian legislation, starting from January 2017 all subjects of the Declaration are required to report significant changes in property status in those cases, if you received property of the estate or lump sum income in excess of 50 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.
In accordance with part 2 of article 172-6 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative violations, failure or late submission of notification of changes in the property status is punishable by a fine in the amount from 100 to 200 non-taxable minimum.
