Obolonskiy district court of Kiev is the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych at the hearings on 13, 14, 17 and 18 September in the case of his accusation of treason. The text of the agenda published in the newspaper “Uriadovyi Kurier”.
According to the agenda, Yanukovych should arrive 13, 14, 17 and 18 September 10:00 to participate in the hearing in criminal proceedings on charge ex-the President of committing crimes under part 5 article 27, part 3, article 110, part 1 article 111, part 5 article 27, part 2 of article 437 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Recall that ex-President Yanukovych suspected of committing crimes under part 1 of article 111 (“high treason”), part 5 article 27, part 3 of article 110 (“Complicity in deliberate acts committed with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine”) and part 5 article 27, part 2 of article 437 (“complicity in the waging of aggressive war”) the criminal code of Ukraine.
The indictment in the case of treason, the Main military office of public Prosecutor has transferred in court in March 2017. Yanukovych himself in court proceedings who is not involved on the territory of Ukraine is missing, hiding in Russia.
The prosecution asked for Yanukovych penalty of 15 years imprisonment.
