The Verkhovna Rada adopted the law No. 3131, which allows the state to sell real estate employees. Voted 243 MPs.
Online broadcast of the parliamentary session led official channel “Rada”.
According to the explanatory Memorandum, for companies whose shares are 100% owned by the state, onerous to contain a property that is not subject to alienation, therefore, should be allowed to transfer housing to employees of such institutions.
The draft law envisages amendments to the law “About management of objects of state ownership”. I propose to increase the list of cases that are not covered by the prohibition of alienation of state property, in particular to refer to such facilities housing for employees of state-owned enterprises, 100% owned by the state in compliance with the collective agreements.
When finalizing the second reading said that housing is alienated by way of sale, which is carried out pursuant to the terms of collective bargaining agreements without the use of competitive principles.
“We are talking only about those people who are now living in departmental accommodation, and we give right leadership to these people you could meet. They wait years for us to this decision”, – said the head of the Committee on economic policy Andrii Ivanchuk during the discussion of the document.
The law will enter into force on the day following its official publication.
Recall, the Verkhovna Rada endorsed the document based on 244 votes in may this year.
