Police in Kiev detained the man, who yesterday attacked the Sviatoshynsky district court judge Sergei Dyachuk. About it reports a press-Department service.
According to the report, it turned out to guard the car Park, which is located near the house of the victim.
According to the judge, he noticed that near the car Park had lit a fire. When I got outside, I saw that the Parking guard burned the trash and made a remark to him. The man reacted inappropriately, grabbed the metal stick and began to strike at the arms and the head judge.
As noted in the police, the witnesses of the conflict called the victim an ambulance, and the attacker, meanwhile, the scene disappeared.
Law enforcement officers quickly identified the suspect and arrested him. “It appeared to be from Kiev, born in 1964. Currently, the attacker provides explanations to the investigators of the Sviatoshynsky police Department,” added the police.
The event information included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. Initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment till 7 years of imprisonment.
We will note, earlier, the press service of the Council of judges of Ukraine reported that the judge Sviatoshynsky district court Sergey Dyachuk was attacked near his home.
It was assumed that the attack can be connected with the professional activities of judges.

The case, which has included 157 victims and over 500 witnesses. The defendants – five former employees of the Kyiv regiment “Berkut”. They are accused of mass murder of protesters, as well as in the Commission of a terrorist act.
