The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed law No. 8266-d, which regulates the characteristics of the activities of the Ukrainian cultural Fund. About it reports a press-service of the head of state.
The document also clarifies the legal status of the Ukrainian cultural Fund, develops procedures related to the support projects of the Fund.
Thus, the law specifies the particular provision of Fund grants for the implementation of cultural projects. If the Ukrainian cultural Fund decided to Finance a specific project, a contract for the grant. Such a contract may not provide the ordering Fund the goods, works, services, property rights and spending money for these goods, works or services.
The Fund should monitor how execute the project, in particular that spend money and time to implement our plans on time. When misuse of funds or other significant breaches of contract, the Fund may terminate the agreement unilaterally.
The document stipulates that the money of the cultural Foundation you can use to payment of remuneration to the experts, who are attracted to the competitive selection of projects. A method for determining amounts will install the Cabinet, however, the expert fees for the examination of a single application and accompanying materials may not exceed the amount of one minimum salary defined at the beginning of the year (in 2018 3723 UAH).
