The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed law No. 6697, which frees enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC), which is of strategic importance for Ukraine, from the payment of penalties to the companies of the aggressor. About it reports a press-service of the head of state.
The law proposes to protect enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, which have strategic importance from negativnyh consequences of the impact of companies registered in the territory of the aggressor state.
In particular, the document prohibits enforce the decisions of foreign courts for the recovery of debts of the Ukrainian enterprises of the defense industry in favor of companies of the state-occupier. In addition, ordered to stop production already open and not open a new one. According to the document, it is impossible to open the proceedings on bankruptcy of enterprises of the defense industry.
Restrictions apply including on the obligations in which he replaced, but first and foremost the duty of defense enterprises arose directly in respect of the legal person of the aggressor state.
