Scientists have identified the deadly danger of red meat

Researchers from the universities of tel Aviv and Haifa, has revealed the deadly danger of red meat. Lovers eat the kind of food you risk to have serious health effects, namely cancer or cirrhosis of the liver.

Doctors conducted an experiment involving 800 people aged 40 to 70 years. Scientists have examined each and set preferences in the choice of meat products. The results of the study showed that people who eat lots of red meat, more prone to several deadly diseases such as liver cirrhosis and cancer.

Experts also noted that a large number of components in the body that come with red meat or products, content, causes the development of resistance of tissues to insulin. As a result, the malfunction of the body can lead to diabetes or heart attack. Scientists advise not to neglect their health and reduce consumption of red meat, reduced to a minimum.
