Acting Minister of health Suprun on his page in Facebook said in any vegetables most of the nitrates.
“Most of the nitrate contained in spinach, celery, Kale and beets dining room. In average 1-1,5 thousand milligrams per kilogram. Less harmful salts have onions, peppers, eggplant and green peas,” said Suprun.
She added that the melons the nitrate content is 60 milligrams per kilogram, which is significantly less than that of spinach and celery.

She noted that the who indicates recommended daily dose of nitrate is 3.7 mg/kg, i.e. 222 mg for a person weighing 60 kg. But added that such a restriction today is considered to be too cautionary, and in healthy diet indicators will be higher.
Suprun also added that to get a dangerous dose of nitrates is difficult and not worth it for them to refuse vegetables.
