Acting Minister of health Suprun told how to get rid of the “politucnica syndrome”. She wrote about this on his page in Facebook.
“You know “postvacation syndrome”? When a holiday or vacation is over, the air is autumn, and with it a feeling of hard and intensive work, not all perceive it as – “finally, tired of this stay!” Many would like to continue the carefree life. Therefore, the moment of transition to a normal working rhythm can be quite stressful”, she wrote.
Suprun noted that, according to studies, over 75% of all applications for dismissal written that after the holidays, with more than 35% of workers laid off in the first week after returning from vacation.
In particular, acting Minister advises to eat right, sleep well, find time for the distancing from the sources of stress, i.e. to be alone or socialize with nice people.
Suprun also advises not to worry if work plans are not yet obtained; if during the work you mostly sit, do something active at other times; not worth taking care of complex tasks, it is better to start with simple cases.
Also Suprun recommends to take breaks every 2-3 hours for 10-15 minutes, and also to please themselves with something after work or study.
“First of all, you need to log on to work and study gradually, avoiding sudden changes of pace and fullness of life,” she summed up.
