For Higher anti-corruption court will allocate two rooms – on Preobrazhenskaya St., 5/2, and on Shelkovichnaya str. 2-in Solomenskiy district of Kiev. This was stated by the Ministry of economic development and trade, transfer “Ukrainian news”.

The decision was taken during a meeting on Friday, August 10.

“Following the meeting of 10 August, the economy Ministry was instructed to settle the transfer of the management of the Ministry of regional development of the premises in Kiev on the street of the Transfiguration (Ivan Klymenko), 5/2 to embed the Appellate chamber of the Supreme court anti-corruption and on Shelkovichnaya str. 2-And for placement of court wards for the administration of justice in first instance”, – reported in the Ministry.

In addition, it is reported that the State judicial administration has also been instructed to draft an act financing the activities of the anti-corruption court. The document must be completed before August 17.

We will remind, in June of this year in Ukraine came into force the law on Higher anti-corruption court, and a formal act establishing the Anticorruption court. According to the documents, the Highest anti-corruption court should form until June 14, 2019, for a start its work need to type at least 35 anti-corruption judges, of which at least 10 representatives of the appeals chamber.

Later, the head of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine Sytnyk reported that the anti-corruption court can create at an accelerated pace in connection with the pre-election period.
