The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will submit for consideration of the Council of national security and defense Council (NSDC) list of legal persons to whom should be sanctioned over the illegal construction of the Kerch bridge. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons.
“MOT initiated the issue of applying sanctions to 19 legal entities (private companies and companies in the Federal property of the Russian Federation, the Federal institutions of the Russian Federation) who are the leaders/founders of legal persons involved in the illegal construction of the Kerch bridge, taking into account available information and has prepared the relevant documents”, – stated in the message.
In particular, in the list of sanctions hit the company “stroygazmontazh” (contractor for design and construction), its subsidiary company “SGM-Bridge” (Moscow), chief designer of the project JSC “Institute Giprostroymost – Saint-Petersburg” (Saint-Petersburg), subcontractors, Mostotrest JSC (Moscow), OOO “Partitocracy” (Novorossisk) and so on.
Noted that the sanctions will make it impossible economic relations with Ukraine, will allow to limit or terminate economic relations with the countries of the European Union and the United States of America.
We will remind that earlier the European Union has imposed sanctions against companies that participated in the construction of the Kerch bridge to annexed Crimea.
Under the sanctions were the company of Russian businessman Arkady Rotenberg – Mostotrest (MOEX: MSTT) and LLC “stroygazmontazh”. Both companies had previously been included in the American sanctions list.
Also in the sanctions list of JSC “Institute Giprostroymost – Saint-Petersburg”, JSC “Shipbuilding plant “Zaliv”, LLC “stroygazmontazh – Bridge”, Vologda, JSC “WAD”.
Note that on 15 may the President of Russia Vladimir Putin opened the automobile part of the bridge across the Kerch Strait that connects annexed Crimea and Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation.
