Shevchenko district court of Kyiv extended until October 11 obligations of the former head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov in criminal proceedings. This was reported by the correspondent of “112 Ukraine” by the end of the court session.
“2 months have extended the measure of restraint for the Roman Nasirov, he will continue to wear an electronic bracelet, should appear on the first summons of the investigator, and he is forbidden to leave the boundaries of the Kiev region”, – said the correspondent.
At the same time, the journalist added that he Nasirov has stated that such measures restrict the rights and movements in Ukraine.
“The prosecution insisted not to change the measure of restraint because of the risk that he would influence witnesses. The next hearing will take place tomorrow. Prosecutors said that tomorrow should continue to read the indictment. There is almost 800 pages, of which now six months read 245” – said the correspondent.
We will remind, in January the Ministry of Finance submitted to the Cabinet the idea of dismissal Nasirov.
After the decision of dismissal Nasirov 31 January, he said that he had learned from the media about his dismissal and considers illegal the decision of the Cabinet.
Note that on 10 November a Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP) submitted to the court indictment in relation to Nasirov.
According to investigators, Nasirov during the period from may 2015 to March 2016 has taken a number of illegal decisions on installment payment amounts on rental payment for use of mineral resources for the companies involved in the so-called gas scheme Onishchenko, totaling 2,019 billion.
Recently, Nasirov said that the Director of NABU Sytnyk threatened him with a presentation suspicious if he doesn’t testify against the government.
