The Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine cassation appeal against the decision of the Kyiv administrative court of appeal, which upheld the trial court’s decision on the restoration of Sergei Bochkovsky as the head of the State service for emergency situations. About it reported in a press-service of the Ministry on his page in Facebook.
“The Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine and according to the information received, the Ministry of justice, which represents the interests of the Cabinet, and the State emergency service is preparing the appeal against the decision of the Kyiv administrative court of appeal, which upheld the trial court’s decision on the restoration of Sergei Bochkov at the head of Goschs of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
Recall, March 25, 2015 Directors of the Sses Sergey Bochkov and Basil stoetsky was arrested at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and taken out of the government building to conduct the investigation. He was charged with abuse of office, extortion of bribes from subordinates, entering false information in official documents, legalization of funds using accounts in foreign banks. On the same day the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed them from their posts.
The Pechersky district court of Kiev arrested Bochkov and Stoyetsky for 2 months with possibility of bail in the amount of 1 million 182 thousand hryvnia. They paid bail and was released from prison. 2 Nov indictment against Bochkov and Stoyetsky was sent to the court.
Later, the court invalidated the dismissal Bochkov and rebuilt it on a post of the head of the state service for emergency situations.
27 APR Sergey Bochkovsky arrived at their place of work, but to get to the office I couldn’t. In Goschs said Bochkovsky be allowed to work only after a corresponding decision of the government.
