The doctors: Frequent showers health

Dermatologists have said that too frequent showering can cause substantial harm to human health. Experts said that excessive hygiene is fraught with the acquisition of a number of diseases.

 

Medical experts told that when taking a shower the hot water helps to remove from human skin beneficial bacteria. Hot water leads to a decrease of the layer of sebum which is natural moisturizer of the skin and also prevents premature decline. Dermatologists also noticed that with frequent washing of hair, they become more brittle and dry.

Also, experts have suggested that because of the excessive number of water treatment with the skin wash off the beneficial bacteria responsible for the condition of the human immune system, which could cause diseases such as diabetes, asthma and allergies. People who do daily physical activity, dermatologists recommend to take a shower a maximum of once per day.
