“The ECHR very quickly responded to a request from the government of Ukraine about the health of Ukrainian political prisoners… the decision of the ECHR: Russia has until September 5 to provide information about the condition of these political prisoners about what medical care they provided and whether such services now,” – wrote the Minister.
Petrenko also added that according to the decision of the ECtHR, the Russian Federation must provide information on political prisoners, access to which it denied the Ukrainian consulates, the Ombudsman and other representatives of Ukrainian state and activists.
Earlier it was reported that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is ready to pardon the Russians who have been held in Ukraine, on Ukrainian political prisoners in the Russian Federation.
