The creation of the temporary investigative Commission on the case of murder of the acting Chancellor of the city hall of Kherson, anti-corruption activist Catherine Gandzyuk casts doubt on the work of law enforcement. Such opinion on air of “112 Ukraine” was expressed by a public figure Alexander Sucharski.
“I believe that the creation of temporary Commission of inquiry in principle, questioned the action of our security forces, special services. If we are talking about Katerina Gandzyuk, who tragically passed away, and all the perpetrators should be punished, it should be indicative that it has not led to similar actions against activists. But the creation of such a Commission is questioning the work of our security agencies,” said Sucharski.
According to public figure, and the police and the SBU have enough opportunity to solve the case Catherine Gandzyuk.
As reported, on 5 November, the Verkhovna Rada formed a temporary investigation Commission (FAC) to investigate information concerning attacks on Catherine Gandzyuk and other social activists. Temporary investigative Commission will be headed by the MP Borislav Birch, the Deputy will become the people’s Deputy from BPP Sergey Alekseev.
