The IOC has published the reasoning of the decision on the Russian bobsledder Zubkov

The leadership of the International Olympic Committee announced of the verdict, announced by the regarding Russian bobsledder Alexander Zubkov. In the Committee’s view, the evidence collected on the athlete, are more than “reliable”.

 

It should be noted that the case of the Russian athlete Alexander Zubkov did not differ from the same trial over another athlete from Russia, skier Alexander the Automobile. The document, which was published the reasoning part of the verdict in the bobsledder Zubkov, was published on the official website of the IOC. The document says that all the evidence gathered on Alexander, are “valid and sufficient” for the verdict of life in Zubkov’s exclusion from the list of participants of the Olympic games.
