To move to prevent the OSCE observers on both sides of the demarcation line in the Donbass, however, most of these cases occur in the South of the occupied territory of Donetsk region. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE Alexander Hg, reports Hromadske.
“It happens on both sides, but more – beyond the control of government of the territories. Especially in the South of the Donetsk region uncontrolled by Ukraine. This piece of land about 30 miles wide, reaching the sea of Azov. Us have stopped there and not allowed to do our work,” he said.
Hug noted that the organization is trying to protect the workers of the mission with proper equipment and exercises.
“But we can’t protect them from all risks. And both parties are responsible for the protection of civilian, including our observers,” he stressed.
We will remind, recently the Special observers monitoring mission of the OSCE observed a column of Russian trucks in the middle of the night went to the Donbass and was moving on a dirt road where there is no border checkpoint.
