Foreign Minister of Norway Ine Søreide will arrive at the boundary line tomorrow, Wednesday 5 September. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin during a joint briefing, transfers “112 Ukraine”.
“I told the Minister about the latest developments. Tomorrow she will be able to see with your own eyes,” he said.
“Nothing replaces the emotion when you look at the Russian terrorist forces caused the destruction of the Donbas, when you’re just talking to those who live there, and almost every night under fire,” – said Klimkin.
He also said that the Norwegian Minister during a conversation announced the upcoming additional assistance from Norway.
“Norway has consistently supported us at all the venues,” he said.
As a reminder, in late may, the line of demarcation was visited by the President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid. She praised the work of the PPC “Mallorcan” and talked to people crossing the checkpoint.
