Acting Minister of health of Ukraine Ulyana Suprun said in Facebook that the Ministry of health launched e-mail newsletters about healthy lifestyle.
“We will help you become healthier transformation of the health system. And we will remind you about healthy way of life publications on our resources. And if you don’t have time to thumb through the tape – subscribe to the newsletter of the healthy person from the Ministry of health,” wrote Suprun.
Suprun reminded that you need to exercise regularly, have a lot of sugar and salt in the blood, bad habits (like alcohol or Smoking), find time for a restful sleep, not to forget to drink water and be vaccinated.
“The best investment is an investment in your health. One healthy habit is + 2 years of life,” wrote Suprun.
Earlier Suprun advised that Pets have a positive effect on people’s health.
